Effect of some iron and zinc sources on the vegetative growth characteristics of lemon seedlings (Citrus lemon L.)

The experiment was conducted in the lath house of Hawija Horticultural Station/ Horticulture Department/ Ministry Agriculture, during 2021 growing season on one-year-old lemon Transplants. (local species). This study to compare effect some sources iron and zinc their interaction vegetative growth characteristics Tranplants. included two factors: at four levels (control, ferrous sulfate, chelated iron, nano-iron), with as well zinc, nano-zinc).The Transplants were sprayed three times components from different a concentration 50 mg L-1. carried out according Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) replicates. data collected analyzed statistically averages compared by Duncan's multiple range test 0.05 probability level. results showed that spraying sulfate led significant increase percent seedling height,and gave superiority stem diameter, leaf thickness,and nano achieved highest values one area, total leaves area which outperformed significantly control treatment. Spraying largest seedling, while nano-zinc percentage height, thickness. Regarding for interaction,Transplant treated diameter,single area,and thickness.The treatment between value both nanoparticles zinc.
